Ferrograph Worn Parts

This is the cause of Ferrograph's undeserved poor reputation. The idler wheels and pinch roller are made of an unstable rubber like compound that disintegrates into a sticky mess.

Once the machine is cleaned and the wheels replaced with the newly designed replacements it will out perform many much more expensive machines and continue to do so for many years.
